Founded in 2024, Whitsunday Thrift Club is dedicated to providing a unique pre-loved clothing market with a strong focus on sustainable fashion and community. The journey began with a suitcase full of pre-loved clothing in need of new homes, and many failed attempts at local car boot sales. This led to the understanding of the need for a market tailored exclusively to pre-loved clothing & vintage in the region. With limited local shopping options and an increasing trend of online shopping, we identified the need for a space where people could find unique, quality pieces and where others could sell their preloved or vintage clothing that was too good to be destined for the op shop.Whitsunday Thrift Club is here to provide a solution for both - a marketplace where sustainability meets style and where the community comes together.
